NEW YEAR CELEBRATION!
LYCHEE COCONUT COCKTAIL/MOCKTAIL
Muddle at least 20 fresh lychees (more if you have the patience to peel them!), add to a jug
Adults: add Malibu
Kids/non drinkers: add coconut water
Finish with sparkling mineral water, garnish with a lychee and slice of lime and have a Happy New Year darling ones
