Lettuce Cup Tacos with Slaw & Salsas

Our fresh raw salsas consist of: 
Avocado, coriander, tomato & chilli with lemon
Pineapple, cucumber, mint & pomegranate with lime

Our raw slaw consists of:
Shredded red cabbage, grated carrot & apple with lime, sea salt & black pepper

Fill lettuce cup with any protein (eg. Tempeh, falafel)

Top with slaw, salsas and a Baja sauce – yoghurt (Coconut Yoghurt is yummy in this recipe), ground cumin & paprika
