Coconut Lemon Bliss Balls
My new favourite bliss ball recipe!
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded coconut + extra
3/4 cup raw almonds (or any raw unsalted nuts)
1/2 cup drinking coconut milk (or plant-based milk of choice)
30 drops stevia liquid (or 2-3 tbsp honey or natural sweetener of choice)
2 tbsp coconut oil
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Method:
Place all ingredients into the food processor or blender and blend for 1 minute.
Roll into small balls
Roll in extra coconut
Chill in the fridge until firm.
