Are auras real?

This photo of me in Parighasana on a recent bush walk says definitely yes! No trick photography! Combine yoga and nature to infuse your aura with light. We all know when our auric field is grey – we can feel it! The aura contains the spiritual, mental, emotional and etheric (where the chakras sit) bodies. Problems manifest in the outermost layer of the aura, the spiritual layer, first, then progressively moves inward, affecting the mental body (can show up as stressful or obsessive thinking/over-analysing; problem-solving; over-planning), then if the problem is not addressed, next the emotional body becomes affected (shows up as depression, anxiety, fear, sorrow). If we still don’t make changes, the physical body is then affected (shows up as pain, tension, disease, illness). Always nourish yourself at a soul level so all your ‘bodies’ are healthy and balanced. Keep your aura bright by listening to your heart, your feelings and taking action on your intuition, not your logic or your need for external approval. You deserve to literally shine brightly!
